Beacon Counselling Trust (BCT) has launched its specialist gambling-related harms training, Battling the Odds, aimed at professionals and members of the Armed Forces community.
The programme is fully funded and offers two options:
Bet You Can Help Now! – a 90-minute introductory webinar
Bet You Can Help Level 2 Award – a full-day, RSPH-accredited course that deepens awareness and builds confidence in responding to gambling-related harms
This training is a key part of the Armed Forces Gambling Support Network (AFGSN), led by BCT, and offers both practical skills and signposting knowledge. The sessions are being delivered both virtually and in person across the North West.
