We’re thrilled to launch Through Her Words — a follow-on from our celebrated Through Her Lens project — offering 12 spoken word workshops for female veterans to explore and express their stories.
Led by veteran and author Deb Mills-Burns, these sessions create a safe, inspiring space for creativity, connection, and healing. Most workshops are held online, making them accessible to women nationwide.
We’ve also begun filming for Through Their Lens — a new initiative spotlighting Armed Forces families. Working with Motion Focus Media, this series will share authentic stories from families across the North West, shaping a new “AF Families Toolkit” developed by families, for families.
